Shipping & Returns
We offer free standard shipping across India. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 days. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We offer a 5-day size exchange policy for the same item in the same colourway, in a different size. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. All exchanges undergo a careful inspection. If an item does not meet our quality standards, the exchange request will be denied.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot honor multiple size exchange requests for the same order. We recommend carefully reviewing our size guide and reaching out for assistance before initiating an exchange.
All exchange requests should be sent to hello@bungalowswim.com. If your exchange request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label, and our courier partner will arrange a pickup from the original delivery address within 2-3 business days. If the requested size is out of stock, we will offer an alternative colorway or a product of similar value. If no suitable alternative is available, store credit will be issued. Store credit is valid for 6 months.

All returns are accepted at our discretion. Items that fail to meet our quality standards will not be accepted, and customers will bear any return shipping costs.

Size exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery. We cannot process exchanges beyond this timeframe.

Items with stains, scents, or signs of wear will not be accepted. We ask that all bikini bottoms and one pieces be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons.

All original tags and hygiene stickers must remain attached in their original position. If we suspect tampering, the exchange will be denied.
