Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bungalow Apparels operating under the brand name Bungalow Swim. By using this website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, along with any additional policies referenced or linked here.

By visiting our site and/or making a purchase, you are engaging with our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, including but not limited to customers, vendors, and content contributors.

Bungalow Swim (a brand of Bungalow Apparels) provides luxury swimwear and related products through this Site. Bungalow Apparels is the legal entity responsible for the operation of the Site and all transactions conducted herein. We retain the right to amend or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, reselling, or exploiting any portion of the Service, including access to the website, its content, or any interactions facilitated through the platform, without our explicit written approval.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. The content on our Site is provided for general information and should not be relied upon for making decisions without consulting more authoritative sources.

2. Account & Security

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account. If we suspect any fraudulent or abusive activity, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts.

3. Eligibility

To use our Site, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

4. Orders & Payments

Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change. We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards and digital payment services. Orders will only be processed upon successful payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion. For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, customers must ensure availability for receiving and paying for the order upon delivery. Failure to accept a COD order may result in restrictions on future purchases.

Bungalow Apparels expressly disclaims all liability arising from fraudulent transactions or unauthorized card usage. In the event of a disputed payment or chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the associated account until the dispute is resolved. Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or an alternative product. All promotional offers and discounts are subject to change without prior notice. Misuse of discounts or fraudulent activity may result in order cancellation and account suspension. Customers are responsible for ensuring that billing and shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order to prevent abuse of promotions and bulk purchasing for resale. In case of pricing errors or inaccuracies, we reserve the right to cancel orders or correct errors even after payment.

5. Shipping & Returns

Delivery times vary based on location. Estimated times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party carriers. However, we are committed to assisting customers in resolving such issues by providing necessary support, such as facilitating claims with the carrier or offering guidance on next steps. Our team will make reasonable efforts to ensure that affected customers receive appropriate assistance in case of lost or damaged shipments.

Bungalow Swim has a  5-day size exchange policy for the same item in the same colourway in a different size. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet our quality standards upon inspection will be rejected, and the exchange request will be denied. If the requested size for exchange is out of stock, we will offer a different colourway or an alternative product of similar value. If no suitable alternative is available, customers may opt for store credit. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to size exchanges unless the item was defective or incorrect at the time of delivery. 

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, product designs, and branding, is the exclusive property of Bungalow Apparels and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or transmission of any content from our website without prior written consent from Bungalow Apparels is strictly prohibited. Any trademarks, service marks, or logos displayed on our website are the registered or unregistered marks of Bungalow Apparels and may not be used in any manner without our express written permission. Users are not permitted to create derivative works, reverse engineer, or attempt to exploit any proprietary content, software, or materials belonging to Bungalow Apparels.
